If the Controller Fault and/or Lamp House Fault LEDs are ON for your Energetiq Test Equipment, begin by verifying the interlocks. Ensure the external interlock contact is closed, or the black jumper plug is fully inserted into the back of the EQ-99-RC Remote Control Box. Also, check that the bulb and laser fiber are properly connected at the Lamp House unit. To reset a Fault condition, switch the 'Operate' switch from ON to OFF. If the fault occurred while the switch was OFF, switch it to ON first, then to OFF. The unit will not turn on if a fault persists. If the interlocks are OK and the faults won't clear, contact the factory.
