What to do if Energizer EN100 AC product will not operate and the RED FAULT light is ON?
    • A
      Austin McclureJul 27, 2025
If the AC product isn't working and the RED FAULT light is on, there could be several reasons: * The connected AC product's power rating exceeds the inverter's continuous power rating, causing an overload. Use a product with a lower power rating. * The AC product's starting surge exceeds the inverter's surge capability. Use a product with a starting surge within the inverter's capability. * The battery may be discharged, so recharge it. * The inverter may have overheated due to poor ventilation. Unplug it, let it cool for 15 minutes, and remove any obstructions. Also, for continuous operation, move the inverter to a cooler place, reduce the load, and restart it.

Why is the measured output of my Energizer EN100 inverter too low?
    • B
      Brian HuffAug 7, 2025
If the measured inverter output is too low, here are a couple of potential causes: * If you're using a standard “average-reading” AC voltmeter, it might show a reading that's 5 to 15V lower than the actual output. The inverter's “modified sine wave” output requires a “true RMS” voltmeter for accurate measurements. * The battery voltage might be too low. In this case, recharge the battery.

How to fix Energizer EN100 Automobile Accessories when AC product will not operate and no inverter lights are ON?
    • C
      Christine StevensonAug 16, 2025
If the AC product isn't working and no inverter lights are on, it could be due to: * A defective battery. Check the battery and replace it if necessary. * Loose connections. Ensure all connections are secure.
