This document is an operation manual for the zeroCO₂ small (3-6)K Series Single-phase Hybrid Inverter - 5G, manufactured by Ginlong Technologies Co., Ltd. and imported by Energy S.p.A. The manual provides instructions for installation, operation, and maintenance of the inverter, which is designed for residential hybrid systems to optimize self-consumption.
Function Description:
The zeroCO₂ small (3-6)K Series inverter is a single-phase hybrid inverter designed for residential use. Its primary function is to manage energy flow in a hybrid system, integrating solar power with battery storage to maximize self-consumption. The inverter can operate in several modes: Self Use Mode (maximizing PV usage by prioritizing load, then battery, then grid), Feed in Priority Mode (prioritizing grid, then load, then battery for excess PV), Backup Mode (maintaining battery SOC for power outages), and Off-Grid Mode (for off-grid use with AC-Grid port disconnected). It supports connection to Acrel and Eastron meters for self-consumption control, export power control, and monitoring. The inverter also features an integrated DC switch and a built-in AFCI (Arc Fault Circuit Interrupter) function to detect arc faults on the DC circuit and shut down to prevent fire. An optional EPS Box allows the inverter to power connected loads during a power failure when equipped with batteries.
