Heatsink Installation

Prepare Backplate with Thermal Pad

Remove thermal pad film and place it on the backplate groove.

Position M.2 SSD in Heatsink

Insert M.2 SSD with chip side facing out, exposing connector and screw hole.

Apply Thermal Pad to Inner Heatsink

Place thermal pad on the inner heatsink and remove its film.

Attach Heatsink to Backplate

Insert heatsink on one side and snap it into the backplate by applying pressure.

Mount to Motherboard

Install the assembly into the M.2 slot on the motherboard and fasten with a screw.
