5.8.3 No response when the device is turned on and the correspon-
dingicon is flashing:
Some DC devices have a high start-up current (e.g. car vacuum clea-
ner), and the power station may not respond at the moment of start-up
or may enter protection after a short period of time. When you encoun-
ter this situation, please judge and operate as described in 5.8.2.
