Wear appropriate protective gear when operating hydraulic equipment.
Stay clear of hydraulically supported loads; block loads mechanically after lifting/lowering.
Keep hands and feet away from cylinder and workpiece during operation.
Do not exceed equipment ratings or connect to higher pressure pumps.
Never set the relief valve higher than the pump's maximum rated pressure.
System operating pressure must not exceed the lowest rated component's pressure.
Do not lift hydraulic equipment by hoses; use carrying handle or safe transport means.
Keep hydraulic equipment away from flames and heat to prevent leaks and material weakening.
Do not handle pressurized hoses; escaping oil can penetrate skin causing serious injury.
Ensure setup is stable before lifting loads; use flat surfaces and cylinder bases.
Avoid off-center loads on cylinder plungers to prevent strain, slipping, or falling.
Distribute load evenly and use a saddle to protect the plunger.
Service hydraulic equipment only with genuine ENERPAC parts and qualified technicians.
Replace worn/damaged parts with genuine ENERPAC parts to prevent failure and injury.
The Enerpac DGR1 gauge has two operating keys: SELECT and ENTER.
Resets Max/Min and Peak values to the actual pressure.
Turns the instrument off.
Selectable options include Peak Off/On, Zero Set/Res, Continuous On/Off.
Gauge measures in standard mode at two (2) times per second.
Gauge measures in fast mode providing 5000 measurements per second.
Sets a new Zero setting for the gauge.
Returns the gauge to the factory zero setting.
Enables continuous operation, preventing automatic shutdown after 15 minutes.
Monitors and displays maximum and minimum pressure values.
Allows rotating the gauge face 355 degrees for better visibility.
Steps to activate the gauge after battery installation.
Procedure to select desired pressure units (bar, PSI, etc.).
Procedure to set the gauge to zero due to elevation changes.
How to switch between standard and fast measurement modes.
Information on battery life and how to change the battery.
Step-by-step guide for replacing the gauge battery.
