What to do if coffee is overflowing from my ENKHO Coffee Maker?
    • K
      kylemartinezAug 14, 2025
Coffee overflowing from the filter edges of your ENKHO Coffee Maker can occur for several reasons. You might have put too much ground coffee into the filter holder, preventing it from fully tightening. Remove the filter holder and clean the hooking seat with a sponge, then repeat with the correct amount of coffee. Also, check for ground coffee on the filter holder connection seat and clean it with a toothpick or sponge. If the coffee output hole is clogged, remove the filter holder carefully and clean the hole with the provided pin and a detergent tablet. If you are using a pod, the pod may be faulty; remove the filter holder slowly and replace the pod.

Ensure it's firmly attached and that the water level is adequate; fill it with cool tap water up to the MAX level. Another possibility is a clogged steam outlet hole. Use the provided pin to clear any deposits in the steam tube holes.

The perforated disc in the filter holder's coupling seat might have clogged holes. Try operating the appliance without the filter holder to see if water flows evenly. If not, perform a descaling operation. The filter could also be clogged; in this case, carefully remove the filter holder and clean the hole with the provided pin and a detergent tablet. Also, ensure that you are not using too fine or too pressed coffee blends; try coarser blends and use less pressure when pressing the coffee. Make sure the tank is correctly fitted and filled to the 'MAX' level with water. Finally, if you are using a pod, it may be faulty or broken; remove the filter holder slowly and replace t...
