  If your car doesn't start when using the ENKHO Remote Starter, there might be a bad contact between the battery clamps and the vehicle's battery or chassis. Check the position of the battery clamps and adjust them to ensure a secure connection. Alternatively, the vehicle battery could be very weak. In this case, connect the jump starter to the vehicle battery for 10 to 20 minutes before attempting to start the car again.
