Why is the enware Aquablend 1500 mix temperature unstable?
    • K
      Karen HoodAug 3, 2025
The mix temperature of your enware Control Unit might be unstable because debris is fouling the valve, the flow rate is below 4L/min, or the strainers are fouled. To resolve this, clean the valve to remove any debris, rectify any pressure deterioration, and clean the strainers.

What to do if the enware Control Unit valve will not shut down?
    • L
      Lori GutierrezAug 12, 2025
If the enware Control Unit valve won't shut down, it could be due to several reasons: the hot to mix temperature differential is not 10°C or greater, the piston O-ring is damaged, the valve body seat (Hot Seat) is damaged or fouled by debris, the cold seat (bottom surface of Top Cap) is damaged, the thermostatic element has failed, or the plastic shuttle of the thermostatic element has been damaged by debris. You can try the following: raise the hot water temperature, replace the piston O-ring, clean the seat using a mild descaling solution, replace the top cap, or replace the element.

How to fix the enware Aquablend 1500 Control Unit if the desired mixed water temperature cannot be obtained?
    • P
      pmillerAug 22, 2025
If you cannot obtain the desired mixed water temperature from your enware Control Unit, or the valve is difficult to set, the following reasons could be the cause: hot and cold supplies are fitted to the wrong connections, the valve contains debris, the strainers contain debris, non-return devices are damaged, or the top cap and/or piston O-rings are damaged. You can refit the valve with hot/cold supplies fitted to the correct connections, clean the valve ensuring that all debris is removed and components are not damaged, clean strainers ensuring debris is removed, check the non-return device is not jammed (clean if necessary), and check the top cap & piston O-rings for damage (replace if necessary).
