1. I can’t seem to press anything on my MacOS screen
You need to make sure that when you’re pressing for it to pair that you hold down the device FN combination and make sure they
flash a red-green. This means that the device is in pairing mode.
If the LED flashes Blue it means it’s trying to pair to an existing (already paired before) device, so you won’t be able to find or pair
with a new device. To unpair your device please hold the FN Key with the device key that you wish to pair it with (Z X or C) for over 5
seconds until you see the LED blink in red and green.
2. My Keyboard is not showing up in my Bluetooth
• The Battery has to be charged for your Keyboard to be able to pair with Bluetooth. Please connect your keyboard to a computer with the included
USB-C cable for 6-8 Hours to charge your keyboard. Do not plug your keyboard to a phone charger.
• Only bluetooth versions (GK61S and SK61S) can pair with bluetooth.
You can check your battery using FN + LEFT Alt.
The battery indicator works as follows:
• Flashing Red
• Green-Yellow
• No light
3. How do I check my battery and what does the indicator mean?
Low battery, the Bluetooth will possibly not work to save power.
Charging, not at a sufficient level
Your battery is at a fine charge or is full
This is the battery indicator, with the levels described above. You just need to press FN + Left Alt for it to go back to the colour you
have chosen.
4. My Left-Alt is stuck at an orange-yellow colour
Sometimes, when the driver is launched, it will display in the default language which is Chinese. In this case, we can change it easily
by going to the flag in the top right of the software and changing it to English.
5. My GK6X Plus Driver is in Chinese
You cannot use the FN key to make combinations with other keys. The keys that are currently available to use as the base key for
new functions include but are not limited to: LCtrl, LShift, LAlt, LCtrl + LShift, RCtrl + RAlt and so on. But the software requires the FN
key for all the predefined of functions so it is not available.
6. Why can’t i create more functions using the FN Key.
