Why is my printer printing blank receipts?
Check that you are using the correct paper (thermal paper) if you are unsure run your fingernail
over the top of the paper and see if it leaves a black mark. If it does, this means you are using
the correct paper, try turning it over to make sure that it is in the correct way (shiny side up).
Why is my printer beeping constantly?
Typically this issue is caused by the printer running out of paper. It can also be caused by the
printer’s lid not being closed correctly, check to make sure there is no paper causing a blockage.
