 When installing the Printhead to the Carriage Unit, match the
guide pins (x2,
) of the Carriage Unit with the positioning holes
(x2) of the Printhead.
 Tighten the screws in the order as shown in the figure.
 When installing the Sub FFC Guide, insert the rib of the Sub
FFC Guide to the notch of the Carriage Unit as shown below.

After removing/replacing the Printhead, perform the adjustment in
the following order. (Refer to Chapter 5 “ADJUSTMENT”)
1. “PG Adjustment”
2. “Ink Charge” (only after replacement)
3. “Head ID Input” (only after replacement)
4. “Head Angular Adjustment”
5. “Bi-D adjustment”
6. “PW Sensor Adjustment”
7. “First Dot Adjustment”
