Intelligent Proof Copy Sheet
EPSON has taken photo printing intelligence to the next stage
with the EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX630. The photo index sheet
printing feature lets you simply check boxes on the proof sheet.
Scanning the index identifies which of the photos on the digital
camera or memory card are to be printed. Total simplicity, total
flexibility and professional results.
PC-Free Photo Printing
With the EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX630, high quality photo printing
without a PC is incredibly easy and powerful. With the in-built 2.4 inch
LCD preview monitor and easy-to-use control panel, scanned and
memory card-stored images can be previewed, cropped and printed
without connection to a PC.

With an advanced microstep drive for scanning resolutions of up to
2400 x 4800dpi, the EPSON STYLUS

PHOTO RX630 captures the
finest of details and colour gradations in documents, photos, slides
and negatives.
Integrated Transparency Unit
With the EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX630’s fully integrated
Transparency Unit (TPU) scanning negatives is straightforward.
By taking advantage of the bundled film holder, the EPSON
STYLUS PHOTO RX630 can simultaneously and accurately scan
up to six frames of 35mm strip film or four individual 35mm
mounted slides.
Functioning also as an image scanning and storage system, the
EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX630 can store scanned images directly
to one of many supported memory cards. You can also
store files to an external USB storage device.
Colour Restoration & Dust Removal
Bring your colour photos, slides or negatives back to life with
EPSON’s powerful Scan tools – Colour Restoration and Dust
Removal software. Colour Restoration employs sophisticated
technology to restore image colour that has been subjected to
fading and other colour loss influences, such as light and airborne
contaminants. With Dust Removal, EPSON Scan automatically
detects the figure of dust shadows then corrects the shadow to
match neighbouring picture elements (pixels).
PictBridge
The EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX630 delivers full support for
PictBridge connectivity via a USB cable, providing enhanced
compatibility across a wide range of digital cameras. The result is a
highly versatile multi functional printer, able to support PC-free photo
printing direct from any PictBridge-enabled digital camera regardless
of model or manufacturer.

Individual Intellidge

Ink Cartridges
The EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX630’s use of six individual EPSON
Intellidge Ink cartridges, each with new, high performance ink.
This plays a major part in the printer’s beautiful and long-lasting
photo printing capabilities. With a six-colour ink system, the
EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX630 prints photos that more
faithfully and accurately reflect the real-life colour of your photos.
The result is smooth colour gradations and realistic skin tones
that have to be seen to be believed.
Embedded within each of the EPSON STYLUS PHOTO RX630’s
ink cartridges is an EPSON Intellidge chip. This chip works with
the software driver to provide users with accurate, on-screen ink
level status. You can even remove and replace partially empty
cartridges in preparation for big print jobs to avoid wasting ink.
