Lower the front plate and press down until you hear it click into place. Repeat this for the rear plate.
L
Reload the paper.
Make sure the leading edge is cut straight across to avoid paper feeding problems.

If an error message is still displayed on a Windows computer's screen, click OK to close the screen.
