Drill 3/8" holes for posts approx. 36" apart center to center. Use long carriage bolts.
Use square for alignment, mark rail, drill 5/16" holes, and tighten "U" brackets.
Mark posts at desired height, cut them off. Must be min 6" above rail and same length.
Place racks on posts, tighten set screws securely. Epoxy can be used for added security.
Allows racks on outside of rail, can be lowered for 4-position racks, and offers height adjustability.
Assemble all 4 enclosed trailer mounting brackets and bolt them onto the trimmer rack.
Screw locking side brackets through plywood into trailer frame, ensuring no outside wall penetration.
Screw support side brackets approx. 36" apart, ensuring they are parallel to locking side.
Assemble all engine support positions, do not overtighten initially for later adjustment.
Install top bolt first, then slide bottom bracket, install bottom bolt and tighten to prevent sliding.
Face shaft bracket towards cutting head for Combi/PAS tools; place locking side bracket near throttle assembly.
Place trimmer into rack, slide support side bracket tight against rack, then tighten.
Adjust engine supports with trimmers secured so no weight is on the shaft; place support under solid engine component.
Red handle locks/unlocks all trimmers; unlock keyed/combination lock first before rotating handle for security.
