9. Management and Maintenance
(1) Printhead maintenance
The printer should be maintained after shutdown for more than three days in order to prolong the life of the
printhead.
①When the printer starts self-checking, when the typewriter is in the middle position, the total power supply
shall be disconnected.
②Manually move typewriter, add maintenance fluid to the empty position.
③ Pour in the maintenance fluid, merge it into the typewriter and move it back to its original position.
(2) As the ink cart moves, lubricating oil must be added to the guide rail of the ink cart every month to
prevent the motor from overheating and slowing down.
(3) The machine should be placed in a cool place to avoid direct sunlight.
(4) The ambient temperature of the machine should not be too high.
(5) Service life and preservation of ink
1 Storage site requirements: ink must be placed in a cool, back lit place, preferably placed in the
bottom of the warehouse, with glass or metal platforms is the best, height should not exceed 1 mete
r.
2 Ink storage and packaging requirements: black opaque plastic bottles for outer packaging and cart
ons for outer packaging. At the same time, no other articles can be placed above the ink in order t
o avoid extrusion and damage.
③ Ink storage personnel requirements: only-staff, other people should not contact, because the ink h
as a certain corrosive, avoid dripping into the eyes, skin, if this situation occurs, immediately rinse
with clean water.
④ Usage requirements of textile ink: ink should be used immediately after opening, and unused ink must be
sealed immediately.
