Extension table (Fig. B)
1. Push the guide rails for the left extension table (21) and right extension table (4)
(with scale located on the front of the saw)on both sides into the locator (36) of the
table saw body.
2. Fit the cross screw (37) for left extension table (21) (X2) and right extension table (4)
(X2).
3. Fit the locking knob (38) for left extension table (21) (X2), right extension table (4)
(X2) and rear extension table (23) (X2).

Riving knife (Fig. C, D, E, F, G)
1. Turn the table saw body the right way up using two persons.
2. Loosen the four cross-screws (39) with the screwdriver and remove the table insert
(27). (Fig. C step 1 & 2)
3. Unlock the bevel locking handle (8) (Fig. D step 1) and turn the bevel adjusting
hand wheel (6) clockwise (Fig. D step 2) to set the bevel angle to 0°, lock the bevel
locking handle (8) (Fig. D step 4) and turn height adjusting handle (7) clockwise
(Fig. D step 3) to raise the saw blade (26) to its highest position.
4. Loosen the tri-wing knob (40) (Fig. E step 1) and pull large square washer (41) away
from the side of the machine (Fig. E step 2). NOTE that DO NOT remove the tri-wing
knob (40).
5. Insert the riving knife (25) into slot of the table insert (27) and keep the riving knife
to the left of the large square washer (41) (Fig. E step 3). Then push the riving knife
down, ensure the tri-wing knob (40) and two locking pins (42) are locked into the
end of the slot on the riving knife (25).
6. Push the large square washer back (Fig. E step 4) and tighten the tri-wing knob (40)
clockwise (Fig. E step 5).
7. Replace the table insert (27) (Fig. C step 3 & 4).
The riving knife (25) must be aligned with saw blade (26) once installation
is complete. The distance between the outside edge of the saw blade (26)
and the riving knife (25) must be 3 to 8 mm (Fig. F) and the riving knife
must not contact the blade at any point.
