  If your ERGENIC Air Conditioner isn't working, there could be several reasons. First, ensure it's properly connected to a power socket. If the overflow indicator shows 'FL', you'll need to discharge the water inside the unit. Also, the unit should be used in a temperature range of 16-35°C (61-95°F). In cooling mode, make sure the room temperature isn't lower than the set temperature; adjust it if needed. Finally, in dehumidification mode, the room temperature should be greater than 17°C (62°F).
