The height
adjustment range is
limited.
• Press and hold the height memory and position 3 buttons
simultaneously for three seconds. After hearing two beeps, the
desk will perform a factory reset.

The LED display is
showing ‘ ’.
• Press and hold the down button until the desk reaches its
lowest height and performs a factory reset.
• If this does not work, check the cables are well connected,
then disconnect the power cable for at least ten seconds.
Reconnect the power cable and restart the desk.

for assistance.
The LED display is
showing ‘E01’ or ‘E02’.
Turn off the desk and wait for 18 minutes before resuming use.
