Transport and Storage
Ø General: Always keep the body of the E100 in an upright position when filling the
cleaning solution tank or inserting the batteries. Before storage or transport, drain
the machine and remove the batteries after each use.
Ø Park Position: The park position is the upright vertical position for storage and
maintenance tasks.
o Make sure the vacuum hose is pushed back into the machine so it cannot
get squeezed.
o Crouch down and hold the handle with one hand while holding the scrub
deck with your other hand.
o Lift the scrub deck slowly until it stands upright on the front wheels. Guide
the body toward the scrub deck until it snaps into a resting position.
Transport Outside
When Outside:
Ø Put the E100 in park position (refer to image on page 12).
Ø Carry the E100 with one hand while holding the handle with your other hand.
The transport wheels are not designed to roll over dirty surfaces; sand can cause the
wheels to block. Lift the E100 while transporting the machine from one building to
another.
Assembly and Installation
The E100 requires little assembly aside from inserting the wire connectors in the battery
pack.
Unboxing
The E100 comes with one charger and two tool sets. One charger, a wrench, and one
hexagon screw wrench are included (refer to image on page 11).
