      If your Erreka Control Panel gate isn't moving when you give a key command, here's what you can check: * Examine the pushbutton and cabling. * Replace any blown fuses (F1, F2, F3, or F4) with fuses of the same value, and then find out what caused the fuse to blow in the first place. * Inspect the interior or exterior safety device (photocells) and its cabling for any issues. * If the command devices are defective, check the respective guides.

    Why Erreka Control Panel gate cannot completely close or open?

      If the Erreka Control Panel gate doesn't fully close (or open), it might be due to the operator force being too low (displaying F1 or F2). Correctly program the operator force (A6). Alternatively, the run may not be programmed correctly; in this case, program it again.

      If your Erreka Control Panel gate isn't opening and the display shows C9, the safety strip or its cabling may be open or defective. Check the cabling and the safety strip. Also, the safety device might be detecting an obstacle. Remove any obstacles and try again.
