What does 'Lo' (Lock) mean on ESA DC Drives?
- MMonica GrimesAug 8, 2025
If the ESA DC Drive displays 'Lo' (Lock), this signifies specific input and motor conditions. Input conditions: 1. Power supply is present on L1, L2, L3. 2. TEN is enabled. 3. IEN is disabled. The OK signal is active. Motor conditions: Shaft blocked, motor held in torque. The drive supplies torque to the motor but maintains the position regardless of the set-point.
