      If the red and green LEDs are off and there's no power at the output, the issue might be due to no voltage, unacceptable voltage at the branch circuit outlet, or the enVision PCS Filter output being manually turned off. Check if the LCD EVENT MONITOR is on to ensure the wall receptacle has power. If the LCD EVENT MONITOR displays a voltage condition, use the Diagnostic Software to measure the voltage at the wall receptacle. Contact a licensed electrician to troubleshoot the wall receptacle. You can also use the Diagnostic Software to manually turn the outlets on.
