ee intensity is recommended for preparing an espresso. All

vate/Reac ate the auto-rinsing func on by the following steps:
1) Remove the service door.
2) Press and hold the On/O bu on un l it beeps.
Note: Press the hot water bu
on (see Sec on E) to clean the inside of the co ee maker before rst use.
IV. Preparing Frothy Milk for Co ee
The temperature of steam is higher than the temperature of espresso, so co
e
should be prepared before making frothy milk; otherwise, the espresso might be
burnt.
1. Prep
are the co
ee with a large cup.
2. Turn the steam nozzle toward the drip tray.
3. Press the steam bu
on
. The steam indicator ash. The appliance will heat
up and drain the residual water into the drip tray or another container.
4. A
r the steam indicator light stops ashing and stays on, place a container with milk
under the steam nozzle and immerse the steam nozzle about 2 inches (5cm) deep into
the container.
5. Press the steam button again.
6. Swivel the container while the hot steam comes out.
7. When the milk is hot enough and froth has appeared, press the steam bu
on
again to stop the steam.
8. Use a wet towel to clean the nozzle
cover and metal tube. (see Sec

9. Pour the hot frothy milk into the coffee.
10. Now you can enjoy your co

The appliance can dispense hot water by simply pressing the hot water bu on . The hot water indicator

, the water is ready to serve.
