What to do if Espressione Coffee Maker coffee overflowing?

  If coffee is overflowing from the edges of the filter ring in your Espressione Coffee Maker, it could be due to several reasons. You might have used too much ground coffee, preventing the filter ring from tightening correctly; remove the filter holder, clean the coupling seat with a sponge, and repeat with the correct amount of coffee. Another cause could be coffee residues on the filter holder coupling seat gasket; clean the seal with a toothpick or sponge. Also, the exit hole of the filter could be clogged; slowly remove the filter holder and clean the clogged filter hole with the provided pin or a small brush. Lastly, a faulty pod could be the culprit; slowly remove the filter holder, clean the coupling seat with a sponge, and replace the pod.
