Water pump is
too noisy.
The water tank has low
or no water.
Add water to the water tank.
The water tank is
mounted the wrong way.
Remove the water tank and
re-mount it the right way.
Coffee color is
too light.
Coffee grounds are not
pressed flat enough.
Press the coffee grounds
again, this time using a bit
more strength.
Not enough coffee
grounds.
Add coffee grounds and re-
press.
Coffee grounds are too
coarse.
Remove the grounds and
replace with coffee that has
been ground for espresso.
Coffee color is
too dark.
Coffee grounds are
pressed too tight.
Replace the coffee grounds
and press again, this time
using a bit less strength.
Too many coffee
grounds.
Remove some grounds.
The filter is clogged.
Clean the filter cup.
Coffee grounds are too
fine.
Remove the grounds and
replace with coffee that has
been ground for espresso.
Water outlet is clogged.
Clean the water outlet.
Cannot froth
milk (can make
coffee as
normal).
Steam outlet is clogged.
Use a paper clip to clear the
steam outlet.
Add a small amount of
vinegar to the water tank
and run the steamer to clear
the steam outlet.
