Why is my eSpring Water Dispenser water flow rate reduced?
    • C
      Corey MaxwellJul 26, 2025
A reduced water flow rate in your eSpring Water Dispenser can occur for several reasons. The screen on the inlet or treated water port might be clogged, requiring cleaning with a brush. Also, ensure the cold water shut-off valves are fully open. The supply connector could be improperly installed, or its screen might be clogged. In some cases, the cartridge may be clogged with dirt due to high particle content in the water. If none of these resolve the issue, there may be a damaged pressure regulator.

What to do if eSpring Water Dispenser water leaks at the unit?
    • R
      Robert Stout Jr.Jul 31, 2025
If your eSpring Water Dispenser is leaking at the unit, several factors could be the cause. For Diverter models, check if tubing supports are installed and if the tubing was cut where it was bonded. Ensure the bracket is pushed down on the base completely and that there is no debris on the O-ring to base seal. Also, make sure the cartridge is threaded into the bracket completely. Damaged O-rings or defective brackets can also cause leaks.

Why does my eSpring Water Dispenser water taste or smell different?
    • N
      nstuartAug 4, 2025
Changes in the smell, taste, or appearance of treated water from your eSpring Water Dispenser can be due to several reasons. If the system isn't used frequently, flush it for an additional 3 minutes before use. In some cases, sulfur-reducing bacteria may be in the water supply. The water could also be orange because the cartridge isn't designed to remove iron. Calcium carbonate in the water supply can also affect the taste, but this condition is normal. Trapped air or an incomplete flush can also cause these issues. If the cartridge dried out before storing outside the system for more than 1 month, this can also affect the water quality.

If the diverter on your eSpring Water Dispenser is leaking, make sure the tubing is pushed completely onto the barbs and the nuts are hand-tightened. Check that all connections between the faucet and diverter are tight. Also, ensure the diverter pin is pushed in after each use.

Why does my eSpring Water Dispenser make auditory warnings?
    • S
      Steven GallowayAug 21, 2025
Auditory warnings from your eSpring Water Dispenser can occur if the top shroud is off or loose, so ensure the cord strain relief is in the groove on the back of the water purifier and replace the top shroud. Also, a new cartridge not fully flushed before the water purifier was plugged in may cause auditory warnings. Unplug the water purifier, flush the cartridge for 5 minutes, and plug it back in.
