GENERAL SAFETY INFORMATION
Clearances from combustible materials are 130 mm from the sides and 225 mm
from the rear for the Bakeheart, and 350mm from the sides and 125mm from
the rear for the Warmheart.
Clearances from non-combustible materials are 25mm from the rear of the cook
stove and 10mm from the side fro both the Bakeheart and the Warmheart.
It is recommended that a smoke alarm and appropriate fire safety equipment
such as a fire extinguisher and fire blanket are installed in the kitchen as a safety
precaution and also a carbon monoxide detector.
An adequate air supply for combustion and ventilation is required. A purpose
provided air vent maybe necessary. Air openings provided for this purpose must
not be restricted. An external air kit is available.
