12-4 Replacement of the LCD harness, the main control board ASSY,
the LCD, the LCD harness, the operation board switch ASSY, the
operation switch harness, LCD cover unit
1) Remove the main unit cover L and R (refer to 12-1).
2) Unscrew 4 fixing screws of the LCD cover ASSY, remove 2 harnesses that are connected
to, and remove the harness fixing ramp.

3) Unscrew 4 LCD cover fixing screws and 4 sheet metal fixing screws and remove the LCD cover.

4) Replace the LCD harness after removing the harness 1.
5) Replace the main control board ASSY after removing the harness 1,2, and 3 and 4 fixing
screw 3.
6) Replace the LCD after removing harness 1, 2, and 3 and 4 fixing screws 1 and 2.
7) Replace the operation switch board ASSY after removing harness 3, 4 fixing screws 1,
and
3 fixing screws 4.
8) Replace the operation switch harness after removing the LCD switch board ASSY in
manner of 7) above.
9) Replace the LCD cover unit after removing the LCD base and the operation switch board
ASSY in matter of 7) above.
