Why is the Esta Fan suction too weak?

  Weak suction in your Esta Fan could be due to several reasons. First, the filter may be soiled, requiring cleaning. Alternatively, the throttle in the suction pipe system might be closed too much; try opening it more. A clog from deposited residue in the suction pipe system could also be the culprit, so inspect and clean the system if needed. Finally, the cleaning point may be too low, preventing proper filter cleaning, in which case you should contact ESTA customer services to adjust the cleaning point.

  If the automatic cleaning starts immediately when you switch on your Esta Fan, and you hear an acoustic signal indicating a minimum volume flow undercut, there are several potential causes: 1. The filter may be worn and needs replacement. 2. The collection drawer might be full; replace the disposal carton or empty the drawer if necessary. 3. High resistance in the suction pipe system could be the issue; check the system and consider using a larger diameter pipe or shortening the pipeline. 4. The cleaning point may be set too high; contact ESTA customer services to adjust it. 5. A clog due to deposited residue in the suction pipe system; inspect and clean the system. 6. The throttle in the suction pipe system is shut too firmly; open the throttle accordingly.
