Assemble plywood wing mounts (F8-F9, F12 & F10-F11, F12).

Temporary Assemble Right Side Components

Assemble right longeron (F5), bulkheads (F14, F15), servo bed (F4), and mounts (F8-F13).

Assemble Left Side Doubler and Longeron

Assemble left side plywood doubler (F2), longeron (F5) and glue.

Assemble Left Side Panel

Assemble the left side panel (F1) and glue with thin CA.

Assemble Left and Bottom Panels

Assemble left side and bottom panel (F19, F27) and glue.

Temporary Assemble Fore Bulkheads

Temporarily assemble fore fuselage bulkheads (F17, F18) and longeron (F24).

Temporary Assemble Rear Bulkheads

Temporarily assemble rear fuselage bulkheads (F21-F23) and longerons (F6, F20, F25).

Assemble and Glue Side Panels

Assemble side panels and glue with thin CA, reinforcing with thick CA.

Assemble and Glue Bottom Panel

Assemble the bottom panel (F28, F29) and glue with thin CA.

Glue Landing Gear Mounts (G1, G2)

Glue landing gear mounts (G1, G2) with thick CA.

Glue Landing Gear Mounts (G3, G4)

Glue landing gear mounts (G3, G4) with thick CA.

Fuselage Assembly Steps

Temporary Assemble Hatch and Bulkheads

Fuselage Finishing and Motor Installation

Glue Motor Mount Stick and Cowl Mounts

Glue motor mount stick and cowl mounts firmly with thick CA.

Assemble Motor and Cowl

Temporarily assemble motor and cowl, then drill holes for screws.

Fix Tail Gear

Covering and Equipment Installation

Make Hinge Slots and Install Hinges

Insert Flap Hinges and Horns

Final Assembly and Controls

Install Control Horns

Install and glue aileron, elevator, and rudder horns with thick CA for reinforcement.

Glue Stabilizer and Vertical Fin

Glue stabilizer and vertical fin to fuselage with thick CA, ensuring alignment.

Insert Pushrods and Glue Hinges

Install Landing Gear Components

Install landing gear, retainer (G5), fix with screws, assemble dummy gear, fix wheels.

Install Neodymium Magnetics

Install Elevator and Rudder Servos

Install Aileron and Flap Servos

Final Assembly and Flight Prep

Install Motor and Gearbox

Install the motor and gearbox assembly into the fuselage.
