- Is properly installed and leveled on a
floor that will hold the weight, and in an
area suitable for its size and use.
- Is properly connected to a grounded
electrical circuit that meets the electrical
requirements on page 2.
l Is used only for the job it was designed to
do.
l Is not near an oven, radiator or other
heat source.
- Is properiy maintained.
- Is out of the weather.
l Is used in an area where the temperature
will not exceed 110°F (43.3%) or drop
below 55°F (13°C).
- Is not used by childi-en or anyone unable
to operate it properly.
l Is not loaded with food before it has time
to get properly cold.
