What to do if Et Industrial Equipment guiding device drifts in one direction?
    • S
      Steven WheelerAug 23, 2025
If the guiding device drifts in one direction, it could be due to the following causes: * There may be no or low oil in the Hymod. If this is the case, fill or top up according to Bulletin No. 100. * The pump inlet strainer could be clogged. If so, replace the Hymod; see Bulletin No. 100. * The oil pump shaft might be binding. Replace the pump and inspect the spider for wear or damage.

What to do if Et Industrial Equipment power unit will not start?
    • E
      Emily ThompsonAug 27, 2025
If your Et Industrial Equipment power unit won't start, it could be due to several reasons: * There may be no power to the motor; connect the power. * There could be a heater trip; reset the heater and determine the cause. * The contactors may not close; replace the contactors and the coil. * A capacitor might be blown; replace the capacitor. * There might be an open or shorted motor winding; replace or repair the motor; see Bulletin No. 100.

Why Et Industrial Equipment guiding device moves fast in one direction and slow in the other?
    • J
      Jeffrey GonzalezAug 28, 2025
If the guiding device moves fast in one direction and slowly in the other, check these potential causes: * The S1 signal line could be cut or disconnected; replace or connect the line. * The S1 sensor orifice might be clogged; clean the orifice. * The blower filter may be clogged; clean or replace the filter.

How to fix wrinkle into rewind or out of unwind on Et Industrial Equipment adapter base?
    • J
      Jeremy ButlerSep 22, 2025
If there's a wrinkle into the rewind or out of the unwind on the adapter base, it could be due to: * Not enough span between the base idler (or roll) and the last process idler; the span must be lengthened; Contact your E+L representative for further information. * A misplaced edge sensor; relocate the sensor.

What causes Et Industrial Equipment oil under power unit?
    • W
      Wayne BellSep 7, 2025
Oil under the power unit suggests a leak from the Hymod, oil pump, or fittings. Replace the leaking Hymod or oil pump; see Bulletin No. 100.
