This international warranty is only valid provided that
your watch was acquired from an Eterna authorised re-
tailer or an approved Eterna general agent, and is accom-
panied by your watch's warranty card, duly completed,
dated and signed. The warranty excludes:
•Damage due to loss, theft, accident, fire, incorrect han-
dling, inappropriate use, failing to observe the operat-
ing instructions, lack of care or normal wear-and-tear
resulting from use on the wrist and from ageing (e.g.
scratches on the case, strap colour alteration or battery
changes).
•Damage caused deliberately, due to negligence or re-
sulting from a service operation performed by an indi-
vidual not authorised by Eterna.
•Indirect damage resulting from usage, lack of accu-
racy, malfunctions or any other failure of your Eterna
watch.
The obligation of Eterna is strictly limited to repairing
your watch, in accordance with the terms of the present
warranty.
