International warranty
Your watch was manufactured in the workshops of
Eterna SA in Granges (Switzerland) to the most strin-
gent quality standards. It left the manufacture in perfect
condition, after undergoing a host of meticulous checks.
However, should you find any defect or malfunction with
your watch, please consult one of our Eterna authorised
retailers or an approved Eterna general agent.
This international warranty covers any manufacture or
component defects existing upon the purchaser taking
possession of their Eterna watch, for a period of two
years from the purchase date. Throughout the warranty
period, your Eterna authorised retailer or the approved
Eterna general agent for your country will repair, free of
charge, any manufacture or component defects found.
Any other claims, such as claiming for losses, requesting
replacements or discounts, are excluded.
