Set audible alarm for high/low temperatures. 'AL' indicates the alarm is active and will sound when thresholds are breached.
Press MAX/MIN to view max/min readings. Hold for 3 seconds to reset the temperature memory.
Switch temperature display between Centigrade (°C) and Fahrenheit (°F) by pressing the red button on the back.
