Rear Panel Diagram:

  • Cooling Fan Vents (19): For air cooling and heat dissipation. Fan speed adjusts intelligently based on power consumption.
  • Input Power Switch (20): AC110V/220V input switch (default without this switch).
  • Fuse Holder (21): Contains the power fuse, can be prized up with a screwdriver for replacement.
  • Power Input Socket (22): AC input port.
  • RS232 Serial Port Seat (23): For communication with the control CPU (default without this interface).

First Use Procedure:

  1. Connect the power supply: Ensure input power requirements are met (refer to Chapter IV). Check the fuse. Connect the instrument to the AC power supply using the provided power cord. Important: Ensure proper grounding to avoid electric shock.
  2. Battery check: Press the front panel power switch. The "ON/OFF" key backlight should display red, then green when power is on. If restarting after shutdown, ensure the boot time interval is greater than 5S.
  3. Output check:
    • Output switch: Press "ON/OFF" key. Backlight turns green (ON). Press again, backlight turns red (OFF).
    • Voltage output check: With no load, turn on power. Ensure current setting is >0V. Press "ON/OFF" to open output. Check if output voltage can be adjusted from 0V to maximum rating.
    • Current output check: Set power supply output voltage to ~8V. Use an output clamp wire to short circuit the front panel output terminals. Press "ON/OFF" to open output. Check if current can be adjusted from 0A to maximum rating.

Operating Modes:

  • Constant Voltage (CV) Output: Set voltage and current in advance. In CV mode, the output voltage is set by the power supply. If load changes cause current to exceed set value, the instrument switches to CC mode, and voltage reduces proportionally.
  • Constant Current (CC) Output: Set voltage and current in advance. In CC mode, the output current is set by the power supply. If load changes cause voltage to exceed set value, the instrument switches to CV mode, and current reduces proportionally.
  • Hardware List Output: Allows setting a sequence of current, voltage, and time values for programmed output.

Maintenance Features

Regular Check:

  • During use, regularly inspect the product to ensure optimal working condition.
  • Check if the power supply input socket is burned out.
  • Check if the power supply output terminals are loose.

Replacement of the Fuse:

  1. Remove the power cord.
  2. Remove the fuse box with a small screwdriver.
  3. Replace the fuse with one of the correct specifications.

Safety Guide:

  • Do not place heavy objects on the chassis.
  • Avoid serious impact or improper disposal to prevent machine damage.
  • Take measures to prevent electrostatic discharge when connecting instruments.
  • Do not block or isolate fan vents.
  • Do not open the machine unless you are a professional person.
  • Do not use chemicals or detergents containing abrasive products (e.g., benzene, toluene, xylene, acetone) for cleaning.
  • Wet a soft cloth with mild detergent and water for cleaning; do not spray detergent directly.
  • Cut off power before cleaning.
