No heat or low heat

Check power connection and thermostat setting for heat issues.

Steam issues and leakage

Verify thermostat, usage, and soleplate for steam problems or leaks.

No steam or vertical steam

Water leaking from soleplate

Check water level; remove excess water if it exceeds the MAX mark.
