  If your Euromatic Water Pump isn't sucking, it could be due to several reasons. The suction valve might not be submerged enough (it needs at least 30 cm of water), the pump chamber might be empty, there could be air in the suction pipe, the suction valve might not be airtight, the suction rose could be clogged, or the maximum suction height might be exceeded. Try putting the suction valve deeper into the water, pouring water into the suction union, checking the seal of the suction pipe, cleaning the suction valve and rose, and verifying the suction height.

  If the motor of your Euromatic Water Pump won't start, it could be due to a few reasons: there might be no mains voltage, the pump impeller might be jammed, or the thermostat might be detached. Check the voltage supply. If that's not the issue, dismantle the pump and clean it to free any jams.
