Move the handle to Position 2 (Carry) by squeezing in
on both handle releases and rotating the handle until it
locks into place above the carrier.

Note: When installed directly behind a front vehicle seat, make
sure there is at least 38 mm (1.5 in.) of space between any part
of the carrier and the vehicle seat that is directly in front of the
child’s head. If you need additional clearance, place the handle
in Position 1.
Squeeze both handle releases and move the handle until
it locks into place. ALWAYS place the handle in one of
the following positions when traveling in a vehicle:
• U.S. - Positions 1 or 4
• Canada - Position 1 ONLY (p. 21)
