When one of the following situations takes place, the
product is outside the scope of free warranty returns,
repairs or exchanges. Our company or the authorized
service centre will reasonably charge for the repair
where:
The complain or query is made in relation to the device
Where the consumer is unable to produce a valid invoice
for the purchase of the LUMO;
Where the damage to the product complained of is the
result of factors that do not conform to the
recommendation in this product user manual and
inconsistent with other advice given by EVENSKYN to its
consumer on best practices and usage recommendations.
The product is damaged because of it being disassembled
or repaired without authorization by EVENSKYN;
The product is damaged because of periods of extended
soaking, being dropped, or physically damaged by user
error;
The surface of the handset is damaged during use, except
where it can be established where the crack of the shell
or other components is due to the poor workmanship or
inferior build materials;
The product is damaged because of a natural or
unforeseen event beyond the control of both EVENSKYN
and the customer (force majeure).
