The warranty period of this product is one year from the
date of purchase. If quality problems occurs during the
warranty period, please contact EVENSKYN CORPORATION
with your purchase invoice details and details on your
concerns/queries/comments. This product is not guaranteed
in the following scenario and customers may find themselves
not covered during the warranty period, where:
1. The Warranty Card provided in the LUMO box cannot be
presented and/or where some contents required for the
warranty to be honoured (such as other components
shipped along with the handset such as the charging base
or the power adapter) are omitted or tampered with
(where a return is initiated).
2. Failure or damage resulting from non-advisable methods
being utilized to use the product, and where improper
repair/modification/alteration has been carried out.
3. Failure or damage resulting from connection of this
product with other devices (such as other aftermarket
charging devices).
4. After this product is purchased, where failure or damage
is caused by improper use such as severe impact,
catastrophic drops, exposing to extreme heat, etc.
5. Failure or damage resulting from fire, natural disasters,
public nuisance, lightning, salt damage or abnormal
voltage, etc.
