EN NC900U charger USER’S MANUAL
This high quality, genuine micro-processor charger is intended to charge Ni-MH, Ni-Cd cells. It
incorporates 6 charging slots for 1-6 pcs of R6(AA)/R03(AAA) rechargeable batteries,
interchangeable with 1-4 pcs of R14(C)/R20(D) and additional 2 slots for charging 1-2 pcs of
6HR22 (9V). Batteries can be charged in every possible combination.

1. Connect the power supply cable to the AC socket power source. After powering on, the
charger runs self-diagnostic program – it is indicated by LCD showing “180%” and triple orange
flash of LEDs. When the charger is ready to operate it flashes green LEDs repeatedly.
Insert the cells into the charger, preserving the correct polarity.
2. For the first 3s the charger determines the state of charge and diagnoses the inserted
rechargeable batteries. Depending on the cell's condition the multi-step charging mode can be
performed (including the discharge, pre-charge followed by the regular charge and trickle
charge).
The charger shows the approximate charge progress in “%” scale. Please note that the
indicated charging progress may not correspond to the actual charge level of the battery and
the charger should not be considered as an independent battery tester.
The charging process and status is also indicated by LED diodes.
3. When the inserted cell is fully charged the 100% indication can be read on the LCD and the
green LED is ON next to the corresponding charging slot. Additional supervision is
recommended while charging 9V cells. In case when the LED corresponding to the 9V charging
slot did not turn green after the certain time, it is recommended to manually stop the
operation. Time limits are as follows: for the capacity 150 mAh - 3h, 200 mAh - 4h, 250 mAh –
