4. When the charge is complete, it is recommended to wait for about 15mins to allow the cells
and the unit to cool-down.
5. Disconnect the power supply cable, remove the cells from the charger.
Additional information:
1. The charger indicates potential battery problems by flashing red LED. Such battery will not
be charged.
2. The unit is equipped with the battery's automatic maintenance program. It includes
discharging, pre-charging of the cells – these modes are triggered automatically based upon
the state of charge of the inserted cell.
NOTICE:
- the charger determines the full charge state of all types of rechargeable batteries (including
the 9V cells) by using the ∆V termination method – when the cells are fully charged the trickle
charge is applied to maintain the full charge state,
- the charger uses additional timer protection for maximum safety,
- additional supervision is recommended while charging 9V cells,
- use only under supervision, do not leave the charger unattended,
- use only for charging Ni-MH, Ni-Cd rechargeable batteries, charging other types can lead to
damage, or leakage,
- for indoor use only,
- the rechargeable batteries may become hot while charging – be careful when removing them
from charger,
- the charger is not meant to be used by children,
- do not leave the charger connected to AC power source when not in use,
- the product should be disposed of properly according to applicable law. At the end
of life the product should be passed to the waste collection, electronic recycling
point. It is not allowed to dispose the product with the regular household wastes.
Warranty:
- 2 years limited warranty, for details please contact your retailer,
- the charger shall be used according to this manual,
- if the charger was proven to be defective, it will be repaired or replaced,
- warranty does not affect and is in addition to legal (statutory) rights under applicable national
laws relating to the sale of consumer products.
