Preparation:
Unplug and move dryer away from wall
Remove connecting duct from dryer and
wall vent
Remove or open exterior vent hood to allow
lint to be pushed out as you clean from
inside

Duct Cleaning From Inside:
Connect the brush head to any of the rod
sections
NOTE: It is recommended to start with one or
two rods and add remaining rods one at a time
as length is needed.
SECURE EACH CONNECTION WITH DUCT TAPE

Attachez la brosse à n’importe quelle section de tige

Behind Dryer:
Insert brush/rod assembly into wall
through duct opening where dryer was
connected. Add rods as length is needed
NOTE: A drill can be attached to the brush/rod
assembly for more effective cleaning.
Derrière la sécheuse :
Introduisez l’ensemble brosse/tige dans le mur par
l’orifice du conduit là où la sécheuse était raccordée.
Ajoutez des tiges, une à la fois, selon la longueur
requise
REMARQUE : Pour rendre le nettoyage encore plus
efficace, on peut attacher l’ensemble brosse/tige à une
perceuse électrique.

CAUTION:
Rotate brush/rod assembly only in a
CLOCKWISE direction! Reversing the
direction could cause the brush head or
rod(s) to detach inside the duct.
ATTENTION :

Clean or replace the connecting duct previously removed.

Finishing Up Steps

Clean dryer back/surroundings, move dryer back carefully.

Recommended Lint Trap Maintenance

Clean dryer lint trap after each load, use Deflecto brush for thorough cleaning.
