What to do if EverExceed uXcel Battery Charger has cutout, overcurrent, undercurrent, or overvoltage?
- DdianemartinezAug 13, 2025
If your EverExceed Battery Charger experiences a cutout, overcurrent, undercurrent, or overvoltage, the cause might be: * A loose or damaged contactor, a blown fuse, a damaged air switch causing a phase deficiency, or loose wiring. To resolve this, check the contactor and wiring, the fuse, the air switch, and the internal wiring. Fasten any loose connections and replace any malfunctioning components. * A loose flat wire or a malfunctioning touch panel. Try re-inserting and re-extracting the flat wire or replacing it. If that doesn't work, replace the touch panel. * A disconnected output circuit or battery overvoltage. Check the wiring. If the battery voltage is too high, reduce the number of batteries in the series.
