NOTE: OUTDOOR USE VOIDS WARRANTY.
Everlast Worldwide, Inc. (“Everlast”) warrants the EVERLAST ELITE FREE STANDING HEAVY BAG product, as supplied and delivered new, in
the original packaging to the original consumer purchaser, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 120 days
from date of purchase, provided it has not been subjected to abuse, neglect, or misuse. Everlast’s sole liability is limited to repairing or
replacing the EVERLAST ELITE FREE STANDING HEAVY BAG product, at Everlast’s discretion, that is returned within this 120 day period. See
