      Sarah WolfeAug 14, 2025
If the flame effect on your EWT Indoor Fireplace is too low, it could be due to several reasons. First, check if the flame effect control knob is set too low and increase the level by turning the control knob counter-clockwise slowly. Additionally, the metal disc in the transducer might be dirty, so clean it with the soft brush provided. Finally, ensure the wire from the transducer unit isn't sitting over the metal disc; direct the wire to the back of the sump, making sure it sits into the side slot exiting the sump.
