What to do if there is low pressure at the Reverse Osmosis Dispensing Faucet of Excalibur Water Filtration Systems?

If you have low pressure at the Reverse Osmosis dispensing faucet, here are some possible reasons and solutions: * The in-line activated carbon post filter may be plugged. Replace the post filter. * The air pre-charge in the Reverse Osmosis holding tank may be too low. Empty water from the holding tank with the faucet open, and adjust the air pressure to 5-7 psig (35-48 kPa). * The holding tank valve may be partially closed. Fully open the holding tank valve. * The dispensing faucet itself might be out of adjustment or faulty. Repair or replace the dispensing faucet. * The holding tank may be depleted after heavy water usage. Allow the holding tank to refill, or consider adding a second holding tank to increase storage.
