High Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the Excalibur product water can stem from several causes. Check if the Sediment Pre-filter or Activated Carbon Pre-filter is clogged, and replace the Reverse Osmosis filters if needed. Ensure that the Reverse Osmosis Feed Water Pressure is above 40 psig. Inspect the Reverse Osmosis Membrane O-ring and brine seal for any crimping or sealing issues. If the Reverse Osmosis Membrane is expended, consider replacing it after identifying and correcting the underlying problem.
